Wat Chalong

Wat Khao Rang

The ground here is divided into two distinct regions, one is the place that supports the sitting Buddha on the roof and the other where the temple resides next to it. Wat Phra Thong

Although this may be small in size, it is known to be an interesting find. The main highlight of this place is its half-buried image of Lord Buddha that is golden in colour. This image is considered to be an untouchable one where anyone who tries to will be cursed for life. There are many fascinating legends that you have to hear from the locals. This temple is open every day from 8 am onwards till 5:30 pm.

Wat Srisoonthorn

This temple is located on the north side and when you step into the place, the very first thing you are going to notice is an incredible sleeping Buddha statue of around 29 m. It is so massive that you can even notice from the roads outside. There are other images of lions and giants that hail. They are said to be the guardians of the temple. You will not be disappointed by what this temple has to offer, therefore, take some time out for it.
